Human Resources Officer (Training)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Training : - Being a trainer for orientation, co-ordinated training program - Creating and updating Orientation Presentation , New staff’s handbook or any training documents - Taking responsible for Training & Development monthly reports and recording training courses - Taking care of New Staffs (On probation) and following evaluation - Taking responsible for Training & Development and New Staffs reports

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male or Female, age 25 - 30 years old - Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Political Sciences, Psychology or any related field - At least 2 years’ experience in HR function especially training - Good Command of spoken and written English - Good computer skill - Positive work attitude, energetic and fast learning - Systematic and logical thinking - Good communication and presentation skill, - good human relationship and pleasant personality **Due to Covid situation , Recently we provide employee work from home**
