หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Human Resources Specialist : 1.Deal with Social Security Fund regarding the application & resignation from the Fund as well as the other reimbursement claim. 2.Handle the medical reimbursement by cooperating with Insurance Company for verifying all related documents 3.Handle welfare reimbursement & Payment in terms of Marriage Assistance , Death Assistance , Entertainment Budget etc. by concentrating on company rules and regulations. 4.Handle the recruitment & selection processes by searching for the potential candidates that suitable for vacancy position of Temporary Contract Staff 5.Provide uniform to employees and ensure its readiness to serve the user requirement 6.Maintain employees profiles by arranging the data in the most updated status in Intranet System 7.Arrange the time attendance report by summarizing the information from attendance record , leave application form focus on the employees of Acer Service Center 8.Assist the other business unit by providing general HR advice. 9.Handle the other assignments from Management.
