หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Management branch KPI to achieve KPI target. 2. Control branches for repair service function and customer service function. 3. Responds and handle for customer service needs to enhance customer satisfaction. 4. Control spare part and responsibility for inventory at branch 5. Provide daily report and weekly to management 6. Repair and Qc goods to achieve KPI target 7. Follow up pending case until closed job with customer and CRM 8. Handle case repeat repair ,customer complaints and responsibility 9. Support and cooridate with other department and Sale team. 10. Control and audit daily correction report to Finance and HQ 11. 5s and responsibility for branch environment

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Branch Service operation management or Customer Support
