- Responsible for all corporate recruitment activities; including posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews, and arranging employment contract / resignation in order to ensure the recruitment process to be effective and quickly filled with the qualified candidates. - Oversee background checks, health check-up, and drug screens before hiring the successful candidate in order to ensure and aligned with local employment laws. - Provides new hire an orientation and on the job training (OJT) process for all new comers. - Manage and facilitate to provide training and development program (in-house & public) according to training plan with course and cost effectiveness. - Coordinate with employee / supervisor / manager to ensure the training schedule, accuracy and relevance of the program. - Maintain and update training records with timely submission to Department of Skill Development. - Process to create PR/PO for supporting departments. - Others as assign
