หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Create main Concept and Design Development of the architecture or master plan. • Develop and design architectural solutions from conceptual level through construction documentation. • Responsible for coordination and quality control of design,sketches, construction documents and design construction budgets. • Coordinate with clients, rest of consultants and technical teams. • Constant contact with product suppliers, materials, furniture and equipment for latest information. • Develop projects with design standards for delivery of high quality buildings. • Elaborate technical details and construction drawings to standards. • Site monitoring and supervision support as required for completion of the project

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor degree in Architectural / Interior or any related field. • At least 5 years of experience, especially in construction, project management. • Architecture License is a must. • Have a knowledge of building materials, construction details, relevant rules, regulations and quality standards. • Understanding of all facets of constructions process. • Strong advance computer design skill. • Self-organization, Coordination skill, High integrity, Problem solving, initiative and able to work under pressure. • Good command of both spoken and written in English.
