Marketing Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description -Develop brand strategies and marketing plans Online, Social Media and Offline across sales channel -Initiate channel marketing activities, including new product introduction, pricing, promotional campaigns -Plan range assortment and new product Develop and execute creative in support of brands communication, advertising, and media plan -Manage the day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts, including project management, creative development, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary -Be responsible in financial projections, demand planning, and budgeting processes including the budgets and financial related to marketing and sales campaigns -Conduct market research if necessary -Develop monthly/ quarterly / annual sales brand plan & results -Plan trade investment/ spending/ expenses on channel/major accounts -Primary contact to supplier o business/market/sales channel development -Report directly to CEO (Thai) Organizing/ Implementation -Propose Brand Plan / channel plan (sell/ promotion/ new product introduction / trade spending) to management team -Manage account investment against supplier/trade agreement -Analysis channel sales &its activity performance -Initiate on-line channel promotion & campaign -Prepare marketing tools such as Point of sales materials, Product Premium, etc to support selling activities -Together with Sales management to conduct business review to customers and present its high level -Leading on supplier's collaboration with business development - Supplier sales target, Investment and activities support -Periodic report on market / competitor insights Communication -Coach marketing team on brand planning, Point of Sales development, Media selection & effectiveness, promotional programs -Support / Coordinate with all internal and external involves brand/channel development (sales & marketing admin.), supply chain, logistic, finance/accounting, sales and supplier -Initiate and coordinate new projects to generate incremental sales and opportunities to explore for new channel as well as portfolio expansion -Be main communicators to supplier Administration -Monthly brand sales performance -New product/ quotation/ price analysis -Provide business report on brand sales, Gross margin, and investment (monthly business review) -Analytical with comments on program evaluation related to sales dept. -Regular provide market/customer/competitor insight report Others -Be a leader in Marketing functions as well as collaborate for growth to others -Be responsible for tasks/projects as per assignment from supervisor -Balance role between departmental demand

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualification -At least Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing field, Master degree is more preferable Experience in the business operated building materials distributing of commercial office and residential for Designers ,Interior Decorators and Constructors -At least 10 years' experience in Marketing/Channel marketing management role.Having Sales background is a plus. Prefer candidate from leading trading, property companies -Experience in preparation of budgets, forecasting, etc -Proven sound brand strategies imitative & execution in past record -Good communication / negotiation skills -Fluent in English -Good computer skill in MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
