Senior Manager-Sales & Marketing

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Also lead, coach, and supervise sales & marketing team to achieve sales targets and profit margin. -Identify target markets, develop communication channels, master all marketing communication and activities to establish brand recognition as well as selling opportunity -Research, analyze, and develop new business opportunities with existing clients & seek new customers to achieve the sales target, consistent with the organization's long range and strategic plans, and leading sales force. -Develop and build good working relationship with key customers to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention. -Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to top management. คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male or Female, age between 35 – 45 years old. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing,Digital marketing, Hotel, Tourism, Retails or related field. • At least 10 years’ of marketing experience in the hotel industries. (Experience in Shopping Mall/Retails business will be advantage) • Good command of English. (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) • Proficiency in computer MS Office, especially in Excel, Power Point and Email. • Self-motivated, Result oriented, Strong negotiation skills, Strong interpersonal skills. • Able to work in Huahin 3-4 days a week
