หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Follow / Work with Group of Director to develop the strategy for the launch new brand with regards to sales and brand awareness development and establish budget and achieve it •Operation / Build up annual Retail Sales targets. •Focus on driving the retail sales by training / coaching and working with the teams in stores •Monitor and analyze retail sales and new product sales •Be the Ambassador of the brand by ensuring that global visual guidelines are implemented in all stores and corners •Identify and assess new distribution opportunities •Follow up recruitments •Lead, motivate and train the Sales force by leaning upon Store managers •Follow up the individual and collective performance

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
