CRM Executive (บริการลูกค้า & Sales Support)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: - Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services. - Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers. - Understand customer’s needs and provide them helpful solutions. - Answers their queries regarding a company’s goods or services. - Resolve the technical problem if any faced by the customer - Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements. - Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations. - Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: - Female aged 25-35 - Bachelor Degree in any field - Good communication skills, as they are the face of the company. - Problem solving ability - Sound with computer usage - Well-mannered and display patient behavior - Polite & friendly - Ability to understand and answer the customer
