1.Oversee all plant activities to ensure that all aspects of the factory comply with the government regulation. 2.Responsible for all production output including production volume target. 3.Manage production operation schedule and ensure effective utiliztion of equipment and personnel. 4.Manage the production team and encourage employee in all day production activities. 5.Establishes budgets and controls expense of the entire factory. 6.Liaise with other department on quality issues, delivery and etc.

<ul> <li>Male Candidate with Thai Nationality </li> <li>Bachelor Degree in Industrial or mechanical Engineering </li> <li>5 years experience as a Factory Manager or Assistant Manager in incense and wood product manufacturing environment</li> <li>Able to communicate in English</li> <li>Must be willing to live or relocate to the Kabinburi area</li> <li>Able to work independently as well as in a team</li> <li>Good leadership, teamwork, problem-solving and decision making</li> <li>Work week – 6 days  </li> </ul>
