หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Establishing and updating policies and procedures regarding compliance matters.
• -Provide/ advice to all relevant departments to perform their duties in accordance with regulations both external and internal.
• -Coordinate transactions with government entities, monitor external regulations
• regulators regarding compliance issues and update new announcements
• from AMLO, Law outsourcing parties and other authorities.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Thai Nationality, Male only, age 27-35 years old.
• -Bachelor's degree in Law, Business or related field.
• -Experience 3-5 years in Compliance frameworks within banks or financial including leasing and hire purchase.
• -Understanding of compliance functions. Experience dealing with regulators
• -Good command in English.
• -Working hour: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00.
