DTA Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead RF planning and optimization initiatives to ensure optimal network performance.
• Conduct advanced drive test data analysis and parameter optimization across multi-technology networks.
• Monitor and evaluate network KPIs, identify performance gaps, and develop corrective actions.
• Formulate and implement optimization strategies to improve coverage, capacity, and service qualit
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to present solutions, reports, and recommendations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in RF planning and optimization, with exposure to 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of radio parameters, KPI analysis, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Genex PHU, Genex Assistant/ Probe, TEMS, Actix, Nemo, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated leadership ability.
• Candidates with effective communication skills and proficiency in English will be given preference.
