Customer Service Engineer for IT Support ( On Site Service)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Respond to help desk tickets related to issues such as changes to user profiles, menu options, printer setup/configuration, report printing, terminal information setup/updates, restore request, media rotation, etc. -Enter all problems and incidents into Service Desk ticketing program and provide ownership of tickets -Ensure communication with ticket owners on ticket status (resolution/closing of tickets), and/or support groups on any developments or requirements on open tickets -Follow policies and procedures addressing problem identification, documentation, routing, escalation and resolution -Make appropriate recommendations for changes and improvements in procedures to enhance service to management -Regular attendance is required This is not an all-inclusive list of job requirements and/or duties and may not contain all capabilities necessary to perform the job at all times due to circumstances; Operational, safety and other needs may require the employee to perform any and all other duties as assigned; Employees are expected, and must be able to perform all such duties and tasks
