• Responsible for recruiting staff. • Interviewing candidates. • Planning recruitment methods such as website, direct approach. • Contacting recruitment agencies. • Selecting qualified candidates to be interviewed by management. • Matching candidates to the right job. • Arranging new staff orientation. • Making staff background checks. • Conducting exit interviews of staff. • Develop recruitment strategy in mid and long-term based manpower need for company business development • Manage and analyze on the recruitment report periodically • Assist on Ad-hoc tasks • ปฏิบัติงาน ณ โรงงาน ลำลูกกาคลอง 13

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Political Science or related field. • 5-8 years of experience gained in sizable companies in a recruitment role. • Working experience in event management or in an advertising agency is an advantage. • Excellent leadership, relationship building and motivational skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Strong sense of logical thinking, proactive and attention to details with high quality and standard • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Thai
