Quantity Surveyor (Civil & Structural) - Junior

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Carry out duties in accordance with contract or as directed by Project Manager and Team Leaders. • Liaise and coordinate with other parties regarding the project under directions of Project Manager or Team Leader. • Prepare indicative cost estimates, preliminary cost estimates, and detail cost estimates for each design phase (Cost Plan). • Participate in project meetings in connection with Value Engineering. • Prepare project Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with complete scope of works and unit rate pricing. • Prepare tender documents including Blank of Quantities (BOQ) and draft contracts condition and TOR for bidding to Contractor/Supplier. • Liaise and Co-ordinate with Designer and Contractor/Supplier regarding tender query and response during tendering process. • Liaise and assist with Client during tender bids opening, evaluation, analysis and clarification with Contractor/Subcontractor/Supplier. • Liaise and assist Client for Direct Purchase; tendering and procurement.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Structural/Civil Engineering. • Minimum 1 year of working experience related to cost estimate, cost management, payment certification. • Good Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Points). • Good knowledge computer software in AutoCAD.
