หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• At commencement of duties review all design information to ensure familiarity with the Design Intent.
• Liaise and coordinate with other parties regarding the project under directions of Senior Architect and Team Leader.
• Ensure that all technical aspects for architectural works in the contract have been fulfilled.
• Establish architectural work installation procedures for architectural elements such floor tiles, walls, painting and etc, following the specifications.
• Coordinate with C&S, M&E engineers and designers to assure that architectural details and requirements, such as ceiling height, floor levels and etc can be achieved according to the design.
• Coordinate with the proposed construction or installation with structure/M&E architecture and design information to ensure a coordinated result.
• Carry out supervision including attending meeting, taking minutes and supervision of architect work.
• Coordinate the site inspections carried out by site inspectors to ensure comprehensive supervision of the works, following the design, specifications and work programs.
• Provide technical and commercial review of Contractor’s variation orders.
• Carry out other duties as required by Directors, Team Leaders, Senior Architect and Project/Construction Manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Interest in architectural design for industrial factories.
• 0-3 years of experience in architectural design related to building works, particularly factories, would be an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficient in relevant design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
