Purchasing Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Deal with suppliers/vendor and subcontractor to ensure the goods and services are deliveried as requirements.
• Source and select protential suppliers or vendors to provide the best quality of goods and services.
• Coordinate with internal related functions to ensure that all process are comply with company policy and correct level of quality of contract requirements and approved project plans.
• Comply all opeations with procurement processes and procedures and all compliance issues.
• Excellent in communications with operation team and others related function.
• Be able to handle with pressure environment, good to deal with changes and able to solve complex problems.
• Initiate Procurement report and analysis of variance and budget controller.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 0-3 years of experiences in the relevant fields.
• Proficient in computer skills (MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
