หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Acting as a leader and projects required design management and construction management services.
• Provide advice to construction manager and site staff on construction strategy and quality control procedure.
• Instruct and supervise draftsman in amending scheduler, cost engineer and drawings and sometimes prepare sketches yourself.
• Study technical specifications and drawings and ensure they are enforced on site in an appropriate and sensible manner
• Advise on all local standards, authority requirements and common practice.
• Liaise closely with the client in our office to resolve any issues that arise during design or construction phases
• Liaise with other companies involved in the project.
• Develop master project schedule and lead the monitoring roles.
• Assist the Director or Team Leader on chairing site meeting with contractors.
• Comply strictly with the company’s work regulations, except as amended by this letter to reflect your position on site. • Handle interview with potential contractor and lead the tender procurement process. • Other duties as directed, including assisting with the preparation of Tender document in the office.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering or Architectural education background.
• Preferably graduated from reputable local public universities, international program, or from aboard.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience as designer, contractor, QS, or consultant in relation to building works especially on large projects, or with well-established or multinational organizations/environment/clients.
• Possess good English communication skills and having work experience or education in project management will be advantage.
• Good Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Points).
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in English is highly preferred (Minimum IELTS = 6.5, TOEIC = 700, TOEFL = 75).
