M&E BIM Coordinator (พนักงานเขียนเเบบงานระบบเเละประสานงาน)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: • Ability to drive a project from beginning to completion. • Initiation, new methods, BIM standard. • Lead and co-ordinate a team (Internal and external) for the projects. • Able to manage workloads of the team. • Check design drawings to ensure compliance, data quality and accuracy of designs produced by subordinate staff. • Adherence to company manuals and processes; Quality control of deliverables. • Assist in the development of BIM system/standard drawings/training/ new technologies etc. • Assist BIM Manager, Team Leaders, Project Co-ordinators, Project Engineers or Engineers in BIM procedures; • Coordinating 3D Revit models and other BIM tools, for all stages of project delivery; • QA/QC – checking the model and drawings and enforcing the BEP and BIM Standards; • Troubleshooting and clash review / clash resolution; • Liaise with other departments and external parties for BIM related matters; • Provide technical guidance to modelers and engineering team; • Adherence to company manuals and processes; • Assist in development of CAD/BIM system/standards; • Other duties as required by BIM Manager, Directors, Team Leaders, Project Co-ordinators or Project Engineers.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or any related fields. • Minimum 5 years of BIM/drawing production and content creation experience. • Hands-on experience in BIM/Revit/Navisworks/BIM360 or ACC/AutoCAD or similar co-ordination, CDE tools. • Good spoken and written English.
