หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Perform energy modeling services and analysis at a variety of stages of project design and development, based mainly on the ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G framework, and using international modelling software. • Carry out other modelling analysis, such as daylighting / thermal comfort modelling, etc. • Perform calculations outside the modeling software as required. • Analyse the model outputs and prepare reports including recommendations on cost effective ways to improve building performance. • Support Meinhardt’s ESD team and other project teams in the day to day delivery of projects. • Develop capabilities in other modelling software to analyse building performance and sustainability. • Study and keep updated in all new developments in technology, ESD strategies and green building standards. • Any other duties assigned by Supervisors or Directors.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Proficiency in energy modelling of buildings using software such as Design Builder. • Knowledge of ASHRAE (90.1 and 62.1) standards and other standards related to sustainable design. • Knowledge of MEP design and construction. • Knowledge of building certification processes and standards such as LEED. • Proficiency in other software such as CFD analysis, Revit, daylighting simulation, PMV/PPD analysis, LCA, etc, is an advantage. • Green building certification credentials, such as LEED AP, are an advantage. • A science, engineering or building construction related degree. • Good spoken and written in English.
