Manage and coordinate the application process for Visas and Work Permits.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all necessary documents.
Follow up on Visa and Work Permit approvals.
Maintain compliance with relevant immigration and labor regulations.
Assist employees with any queries or issues related to Visa and Work Permit processes.

Bachelor’s degree in HR/Personnel Management or a related field
Experience in engineering and industrial business operations will be considered an advantage. At least 8 years of experience in HRM & HRD.
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Possesses a friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using MS Office (especially Excel), Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with HRIS (Prosoft System) is preferred.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
