หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• To work and follow Air/Ocean/Logistics process. To provide the Accurate, Complete and On-Time information of Air/Ocean/Logistics for Export/Import/Domestic process to customer. To maintain and keep Air/Ocean/Logistics documentation process flow with smooth operation. To handle customer complaints and assist in handling daily communications and correspondence to internal and external customers. To coordinate with other department on operational activities, issues resolution, process implementation and performance improvement according to company policies Handling other tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male/Female age over 22 year old, Thai nationality 2-3 years experienced in Shipping/Freight Forwarder/Logistics business. Import & Export, knowledge is advantage Preferably with working experience and knowledge in Multinational Freight Good command of English Pleasant personality, Service-orient minded and Self motivated Proficient in MS-office (Excel, Word, Power Point) , Internet, E-mail A positive thinker with ‘Can Do’ attitude and results oriented. Ability to work under pressure/ tight deadline, team player, self-motivated and be able to work independently under minimum supervision
