หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Routine • Fill in the sales report of Dealer and BIG C • Issue official documents for daily sales and goods returned (include tax invoice, receipt, credit note and etc.) and follow up the invoice signed by customers (Dealers’) • Issue Credit Note for price adjustment • Check the documents about new account opening application • Issue billing slips to sales man for fund collection, and follow up the slip signed by customers • Accounting Booking sales voucher • Print vouchers and dining and safekeeping • Check BIG C sales price and GP BIG C GP • Input shipment • Analysis report about sales • Prepare and submit the documents of Output tax Tax • Prepare and submit the documents of Output tax AR • Fill in the AR report • Confirm and clear AR record • Issue official documents for Rebate and marketing supporting expenses of Dealer and Big C • Accounting record about AR in system • Print vouchers and dining and safekeeping • Confirm the AR record with customers, and deal with the difference (if have) • Check stock of Big C • Check difference of BIG C stock • Check stocks of warehouse and sample • Booking receipt voucher • Analysis about AR and AR overdue • Sino sure Collection clearing

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
