Automation Engineering Supervisor

• The Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing automation systems to improve manufacturing or operational efficiency. This role involves working with PLCs, robotics, industrial control systems, and software to streamline processes and reduce manual labor.
• Design, program, and test automated machinery and control systems.
• Develop PLC/HMI code (e.g., Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley).
• Analyze and improve existing automation systems to optimize performance and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineering teams to integrate automation into production lines.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during equipment installation and operation.
• Create technical documentation including user manuals, wiring diagrams, and system specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices in industrial automation.
• Train operators and maintenance staff on the use of automation systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with industrial automation, PLC programming, SCADA, or robotic systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, IoT, or AI integration in automation is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, and fieldbus systems.
• Familiarity with software like SOLIDWORK AutoCAD, EPLAN, or TIA Portal.
• Experience working in sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing.

• ออกแบบและพัฒนา Automation Solution ให้ตรงตามความต้องการลูกค้า
• ควบคุมและบริหารทีม Automation Engineer ให้ดำเนินงานตามแผน
• ดูแลการติดตั้ง ทดสอบ และ Commissioning ระบบ
• จัดทำเอกสารโครงการและรายงานความคืบหน้าต่อผู้บริหาร
• แก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานและให้คำปรึกษาทางเทคนิคแก่ทีม
• ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและทีมงานภายในบริษัท
• มีรถยนต์และใบขับขี่
