•Provide on-site IT support and maintenance services to customer. Develop & provide consultation to customer on the design, setup, and implementation of the IT infrastructure. •Introduce new technology & IT solutions to help customer improve work process. Manage projects and effectively resolve customer issues. •Work closely with the team to ensure timely completion of client deliverable. Document and prepare service report to customer.

•Bachelor \\\'s Degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, Computer Engineering IT or other related field •Experience in Installation, Configuration and System Administration for Window Server, SQL Server, Exchange Server, Mail Exchange, Mail Server and etc. •Knowledge of Network Administration, Unix, Linux, Linux RedHat Platform and SQL Command for Database Administration •Good command of written and spoken English •Ability to work under dynamic environment and manage aggressive timelines •Initiative, self-supervised, self-motivated, highly responsible and punctual
