Maintenance Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Maintain and perform team responsible to machine maintenance including calibration system as ISO9001 requirements, environment activities. - Support and perform as leader for 5S, Safety and Industrial standard team cooperate. - Analyze, Improve and develop machines to support and increase higher capacity or performance of manufuring - Able to give maintenance leader and technician suggestion to maintain machine performance and maintenance. - Responsible for machine, tools and equipment calibration follow industrial standards requirement. - Complete all assignment with shortest time and cooperate with company program. - Maintain ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 and safety program. - Perform maintenance activities correspond with safety rule, and monitor machine condition with safety always. - Control maintenance expense within budget. - Drive and lead team to support energy saving project. - Establish manpower plans for technician and outsource to balancing maintenance jobs. - Develop plan and improve team skill and knowledge. - Provide and maintain machine spare parts sufficiently to support preventive and corrective maintenance.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male, Thai Nationality age not over 35 years old. - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering , Electronics Engineering , Mechatronics Engineering , Instrumentation or related field. - 3-5 years’ experience in related field. - Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word , Excel , PowerPoint ). - Good command of spoken and written English. - Knowledge in PLC (Siemens , Allan Bradley , Mitsubishi ) and DC-AC Motor Control and Drive Control. - Knowledge in PM, Corrective and TMP Skill. - Problem solving and supervisor skill. - Project improvement and Technical skill. - People Development Skill. - Coaching and Consulting Skills. - Preventive Maintenance Skill. - ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and safety program. - Able to work at Nikhompattana, Rayong Province.
