หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• French Food Farmers is a factory part of Denis Asia Pacific Pte Ltd Group. This food industry group, originally from France and now based in Singapore, is a leader on the South Asia canning market with Ayam Brand product. The group is also willing to develop his range of products. This is with this target that the group took the ownership of the delicatessen production unit French Food Farmers in 2012 in Pattaya, Thailand. In 2017, in correlation with higher quality request from the market, the first site has been relocated to Samutprakan where is situated the position. The current factory semi industrial is employing around fifteen people with the following goals: • Production of main products such as Paris ham, mini sausages and burgers, • Production of French artisan products such as crust pate, rillettes and pate de campagne, • Development of new products, The production of the unit is around 100MT a year for the local market with high quality standards link to the Denis Group. The factory is certified or currently applying to the market requirements (HACCP , GMP, FDA reg, etc.). Missions : • To Oversee the management of the local team as Operations Manager of the factory, • To ensure the site performance in terms of cost and productivity, • To review and respect production planning and delivery, • To assure quality standards and products specifications, • To maintain and develop factory regulations and certifications, • To review and propose investment plan for the production site, • To support the team with technical knowledge, Profile : With a strong background (master) in food industry (meat knowledge)you are highly interested by industrial environment.With adaptation, analyse, organisation and autonomous capacities, a first experience in team and project management would help you in the success at this position. Curious and responsible, you know how to be flexible and adapt to new challenge. Working conditions: • English is a must • Work with Thai subordinate team and Foreigner Management team • Factory open 6 days /week, the same presence is required.
