Procurement Engineer (วิศวกรจัดซื้อ) ( Ramkhamhaeng 65)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for procuring goods that meet Thai Industrial Standards (TIS), by verifying certification documents, product quality, and manufacturer's compliance with standards to ensure legal compliance and protect the organization from quality and safety risks.
• Apply for import licenses from agencies such as the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI)
• Collaborate with Product Development and Suppliers to co-develop new products
• Source and negotiate with domestic and international suppliers for the best pricing and quality
• Calculate product costs and ensure accurate costing information and manage purchase orders and coordinate import/export documentation
• Oversee the procurement of medical equipment related to healthcare, such as : Motion Capture, EMG, Inertial sensor,Measurement Unit (IMU), Gas analyzer (VO2max), LACTATE and Muscle Oxygen.
• Plan and execute domestic and international product shipments
• Process supplier payments and monitor financial transactions related to purchasing
• Handle product claims and discrepancies, ensuring corrective actions are taken
• Process payments for goods, plan imports, and file claims in case of problems.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai nationality
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-15 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or import/export
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Able to travel overseas for supplier visits and business meetings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Passionate about sports or sports technology will be an advantage.
