หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Coordinate store development activities for local retail store environments to align with global designs and store development guidelines. - Create commercial stores: New Stores, Rebuilds, and Space Optimizations General responsibilities: • Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources. • Coordinate all operational store development and design activities (e.g. fixture designs, color schemes, material selections, etc.). Ensure that store designs for each project in the market upholds brand standards. • Record and bundle all store design documents required for project submissions/approvals. • Provide information to stakeholders on store design directives and changes. • Check with general contractors/design vendors on prototype development and secure samples. • Track store development project plan activities and deliverables. • Check store design building drawings/floor plans and specifications are received from design/renovation consultants. • Provide information to cross-functional teams on issues relating to store developments and designs. • Execute activities to drive store design needs to achieve business goals on time and within budget. • Communicate design concepts for all store development projects. • Coordinate with Leasing, Construction, and external consultants to secure vertical transportation locations, emergency exits, CAD base drawings, etc. • Complete site visits for new and existing locations at various stages throughout the process.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - 3D rendering / 3DMax / AI - English skill (written and spoken) - Experiences in Retail project is a plus.
