Recruiter (6 months contract)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Responsibilities: - Coordinate with internal stakeholders in order to identify the specific requirements of candidates prior to performing market research. - Identify and connect with the best-matched applicants for particular job profiles by scanning and reviewing multiple resumes obtained from various channels. - Analyze the knowledge, skills and experience of candidates as per job search requirements. - Provide administrative support regarding recruitment to the team. - Develop and manage recruitment reports and recruitment data for report generation.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree any related filed - At least 1-2 years of work experience in Recruitment is required. - Very fast learning. - Analytical skill, People-oriented but also results-driven. - Be flexible and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, social media, and HR tools. - Good command of spoken and written in English and Thai.
