Supervisor, Business Solutions (Healthcare - Sripetch DC, Samut Prakan)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Implement and support application across DKSH Healthcare Supply Chain. • Perform unit testing and lead system integration testing (UAT) for existing and new application project to ensure that the systems function reliably and fulfill the organization’s business needs. • Make analysis for root caused, correction and prevention of issues • Improvement of service issues and propose out the corrective and preventive solutions. • Provide the report, data, information, suggestion to the team member ensuring that the service solutions provided are on time and accurate as per established. • Supervise user for more complex issue and requirement, escalated enquiries to next level support either CSIT or CSSC. • Communicate with system users to identify and resolve user problems also providing corrective and preventive solution.
