Supervisor, Quality Assurance (Change Control, Audit)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Change Control • Lead change control process when the change impact to product quality or regulatory. • Notify client QA or designated client when have a Change Control impacted to client product quality before implementation. Internal Audit (Self Inspection) • Implement and maintain Quality standards (ISO9001, ISO13485, GMP and GSDP) which roll out for DKSH Healthcare Business Unit. • Lead Internal Audit activity to ensure that the internal audit is conducted as planned. • Monitor Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) to ensure that CAPA are timely completed as per target completion date including perform effectiveness check. • Assess any trends or underlying issues that may require additional corrective and preventive actions or any improvement opportunities. • Prepare Internal audit CAPA trending summary and share in the Management Review. External Audit • Coordinate with concerned departments when there is client quality audit/visit to arrange the audit preparation before the audit. • Assess any trends or underlying issues that may require additional corrective and preventive actions or any improvement opportunities. Prepare External audit CAPA trending summary and share in the Management Review. • Any other assignment by manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy / Food Science or related fields • At least two (2) years’ experience in quality assurance / technical field from manufacturing industry or logistic. • Experience in pharmaceutical, food or healthcare industry. • Experience in Quality System ISO9001, ISO13485, GMP and GSDP. • Leadership and Management • Communication and Interpersonal skill • Coordination and Cooperation
