• Evaluating and executing investment opportunities.uating and executing investment opportunities.
• Building financial models using historical data and providing forecasts based on various industry-related operating metrics.
• Understand investment appraisal techniques like NPV, DCF, IRR.
• Ensuring accurate financial modeling of investment opportunities and/or developing new transaction models and enhancing the existing models.
• Gather information from both internal and external sources and develop ranges and forecasts of financial outcomes for individual strategic opportunities.
• Analyzing and identifying data requirements related to derivation rules and model tracking.
• Oversight of transaction due diligence.
• Identifying the key financial and non-financial risks, recommending actions for mitigation of those risks
• Use Excel to produce high-quality spreadsheets and reports.
• Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.

• Driven and detail-oriented financial modeling specialist with extensive knowledge and experience seeking position as a corporate finance investment manager. Experienced in financial model development, financial projection in relation to company acquisition and capital and asset liability management.
• Advise/ Present the executive management and board on a large set of financial matters such as acquisition initiatives, potential opportunities, and financial due diligence.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related fields
• Knowledge of basic accounting concepts and a solid understanding of financial analysis terminology and best practices, such as DCF and financial statements
• Strong Microsoft Excel skill for financial modeling and data analytics.
• Excellent time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
