Revenue and Cost Management Director

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Being involved on the management committee to consider the vision, policy, operating direction, short-term and long-term strategic plan, and hospital’s budget, then present to management committee for the approval. 2. Overseeing the Revenue and Cost division and ensuring that the operations are in line with organizational requirements which assigned by the management committee. And report to Assistant Managing Director of Finance. 3. Planning the workforce and managing effective resource in operations. 4. Managing and controlling for Revenue management (patient finance, life insurance claiming, relating revenue collection), under accounting standard and hospital’s policy. 5. Managing and controlling the standard cost calculating of hospital and provide and products/services pricing, and also analysis and project feasibility to ensure investment return is justify proceeding. 6. Monitoring the overall operations of Revenue and Cost management to ensure that the operations are in line with the target and which related to current situation. 7. Providing the suggestion/recommendations to Assistant Managing Director of Finance to enhance the hospital's profit. 8. Supervise and direct professional staff about the operations and suggest them an accurate work direction and support their skill and competency. 9. Managing the financial risk management and determine the controlling measure, tracking and solving the problems of subordinates to operate toward the expected plan. 10. Working with related project team/functions or operations to drive the monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting operation and closing in the area of costing project 11. Planning the work processes / drive all fund control division employees to associate with quality improvement activities such as CQI or 5ส. 12. Other ad-hoc project on Revenue and cost control area.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/management/economics or related fields. 2. At least 8-10 years of working experiences including 5 years in management field. 3. Having experiences in hospital field with SAP or ERP skill would be an advantage. 4. Bachelor’s degree in nursing science/pharmaceutical science/medical technology would be an advantage.
