หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Creating strategies of digital financial and blueprints that use machine learning to improve operations and refine processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report) 4. Developing and testing digital financial systems to understand the consumer insight that relate to service process and payment methods. And deliver value of digital financial service to customer experience. 5. Supporting the guideline policy of hospital service fee and ensuring that the operations are in line with organizational requirements which assigned by the management committee, then report to Assistant Managing Director of Finance. 6. Leading and driving change that relate to solution on financial technology and innovation, which significant and enable to provide useful information for decision making. 7. Working with technical team in the preparation of financial data (data collection, storage, analysis) including the co-development and presentation of financial reports that accurate and timely information for Management Team’s decide. 8. Developing and fostering a cross-functional team approach, providing digital financial management support to all levels of the business team. 9. Staying on top of current regulations, trends, and technologies influencing digital finance, analytics or related to change of financial law and healthcare business. 10. Planning the workforce and managing effective resource in operations 11. Planning work processes / drive team to participate in quality development activities such as CQI, 5S. 12. Other participates in medium term for the assigned business area.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business computer/Information Technology Management/Statistics/Computer Sciences or related fields. 2. Well-Understanding in basic of accounts and finance, and having experiences in analysis of customers, revenue, cost, and other managerial data. 3. Able to perform strong stakeholder management along with related BU, and ensure subordinates the reliability and leadership to encourage managerial consideration. 4. Able to manage working under pressure and personnel and resources appropriately. 5. Having systematic thinking and skills in database designs, database network, information technology management, ability of problem solving and new technology understanding. 6. At least 5-8 years of working experiences including 2 years in management field. 7. Having experiences in system development of RDBM databases, NoSQL Database, Graph Database and knowledge in JAVA, C, C++ or Python would be an advantage. 8. Having experiences in system development of Cloud applications, Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Computing, APIs, Machine Learning, Deep Learning Technologies would be an advantage.
