System Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Research, recommend and develop current and new process and system solutions to support business requirement
• Implement, manage, support and maintain process and system of projects
• Able to plan, manage, control and update status an assigned projects in hand and teams
• Eager to learn and support the new assigned projects
• Collaborate with both internal and external parties and manager to resolve incidents and problems
• Ensure systems are in place to track key process parameter, overall process performance and generate report that matching with each level
• Enable the continuous improvement processes and tooling to enable the teams to deliver more value

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or process / computer engineering or related field
• 2-3 years’ experience in process and system in logistic and operation field
• Good communication and coordination skills
