หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage the distribution and deliveries operation according to standards with optimum productivity and highest customer service.
• Set clear goals, targets and drive team performance, productivity and consistency.
• Continuously enhance operational process to improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain positive team spirit, develop and retain high performers
• Communicate clearly and accurately to the team ensuring alignment and consistent implementation.
• Monitor and control over any deviations from the standards.
• Managing ad-hoc projects or special assignments as needed.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in any fields.
• At least 6 years experiences in any industries.
• Experience and proven track records in managing teams and delivering results.
• Strong performance leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Action oriented, has Can-do attitude with systematic thinking.
• Strong organization skill and problem-solving skill.
• High mobility, able to relocate to work in nationwide which the company will cover on the transportation and accommodation cost.
• Having a personal vehicle.
