Senior System Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Work with internal and external stakeholders on new feature requirements for solution design
• Work with development team to review and improve functionalities of existing features.
• Create and document development process.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to get approval and prepare for deployment.
• Consult with Managers, Supervisors and Operators to identify and set priorities ensuring that the highest priority and most critical issues are addressed immediately.
• Design and Create system guidelines and frameworks to improve the efficiency.
• Provide trainings for process and operational systems. Communicating changes and new developments.
• Skill in SQL and API routing design
• Store procedure design

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Good understanding of ecommerce business and logistic operations.
• Able to learn and understand the concept of features from code, new platform, technical specs and drawings and/or produce one.
• Able to self-manage, observe, and learn by doing or from existing documents.
• Able to understand, respond and solve problems quickly.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills.
• Used to work as developer before is advantage.
