หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply chain, or related fields
• Strong data analysis and statistical skills, proficient in Microsoft officer especially Excel (Vlook up & Pivot)
• Adaptability: Quick-thinking with strong learning ability.
• Resilient, with good adaptability and the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in Chinese (English is a plus)

• Sales Operations Support: Responsible for sales operations-related tasks, including revenue management (customer pricing, discount control), contract management, risk control, sales tools, data analysis and forecasting, and business support.
• Sales Team Management and Development: Responsible for building and managing the business capabilities of the sales team in the region, including organizational roles, training, motivation, compensation, evaluation, and fostering a positive cultural atmosphere.
• Sales Target Tracking: Monitor the completion of annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for the region's SME (Small and Medium Enterprises), supporting the region in achieving performance goals.
