Warehouse Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Take full responsibility for warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, returns, and inventory accuracy.
• Optimize warehouse processes and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy while reducing costs.
• Manage and develop the warehouse team by setting performance goals and monitoring implementation.
• Coordinate with procurement, transportation, customer service, and other departments to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs (e.g., inventory accuracy, on-time order fulfillment, operational efficiency) and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee warehouse safety management and ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, including at least 2 years in team leadership
• Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and office software.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese-Thai or English-Thai communication is preferred.
• Experience with leading warehouse operations in Express companies such as Flash, JT Express, Baozun, Kejie, YH Global, Cainiao and etc is a plus.
