Transit Efficiency Officer (Chinese speaking)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead the standard manpower configuration, work hour management, and efficiency control system for the transfer station.
• Plan the layout of the transfer station, optimize the layout, and improve production efficiency and costs.
• Responsible for lean project improvements, enhancing labor efficiency, providing relevant data support, and promoting the achievement of the company's profit targets.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, or related fields.
• More than 3 years of experience in logistics or the electronics industry in Industrial Engineering (IE), familiar with manufacturing processes and rich experience in production 3.operations management, with successful lean production improvement project experience.
• Experience in factory layout planning and managing large project initiatives.
• Familiar with the new product introduction process and quality exception handling processes, with a certain level of exception analysis ability.
• Proficient in daily office software and AutoCAD.
• Proficient in both Thai and Chinese languages, willing to travel for short-term assignments.
