  • Customer Communication & Support: Maintain close communication with clients, respond promptly to their needs, and provide effective solutions
  • Supply Chain Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze operational data related to supply chain activities
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functional resources including warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and customer service to improve overall efficiency and delivery performance
  • Internal Process & Operations Management: Support internal process management, ensure SOP compliance, and promote standardized operations
  • Risk Identification & Optimization: Assist in identifying operational risks (e.g., communication, cost, quality) and drive process improvements and efficiency enhancement

  • Strong bilingual communication skills in Chinese and Thai (HSK Level 4 or above)
  • Good cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
