• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Language Skills: Able to communicate in English or Chinese (preferable).
• Familiarity with Customs regulations and procedures is a plus.
• Proficient in using customs software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under time constraints.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of local and international Customs regulations
• Previous experience in customer service or logistics is an advantage, but not required.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Coordinate quality assurance for specialized economic activities.
• Be responsible for duty shifts during non-working hours.
