• Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager will be responsible for the development and coordination of all marketing and corporate communications programs. This position is responsible for driving clear and consistent integration of corporate brand / product messaging across all communication touch points, and leading the execution of all elements of the marketing plan to achieve specified business results.

• <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b>Success profile:</b></p> <ol> <li>Is market and customer focused with high service orientation; understand health and beauty luxury product marketing</li> <li>Demonstrates confident in communication skills</li> <li>Is able to effectively question and clarify</li> <li>Has good prioritization and time management skills; ability to multi-task</li> <li>Demonstrates strong project management skills; able to create and/or implement workflows and working processes</li> <li>Is a team player</li> <li>Works proactively and is self-directed; seeks feedback from team and management</li> <li>Has strong attention to detail/accuracy</li> <li>Has desire to learn and progress in an exciting niche industry</li> <li>Is able to think strategically</li> <li>Has some knowledge of the well-being / medical / luxury product industry</li> </ol> <p><b>Experience Required:</b></p> <ol> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher with emphasis in marketing, public relations, or communications;</li> <li>8-10 years of professional experience in a marketing and communications role; preferably 2 or more years in a luxury services organization (medical, well-being, natural medicine)</li> <li>Experience in a multinational western company is a must; experience with a startup is a plus.</li> <li>Strong experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing plans to meet organizational objectives; Strong networking and event organization skills.</li> <li>Good understanding of business to consumer and business-to-business marketing and sales support requirements</li> <li>Proven ability to execute marketing, lead generation, advertising, and promotional projects</li> <li>Good understanding of branding principles</li> <li>Experience with online marketing tactics, including web site management, SEO, and the effective use of blogs , Face book, Twitter etc.</li> <li>Ability to design and produce high quality marketing materials (local high end brand standard or &nbsp;European standard)</li> <li>Superior native written and verbal communication skills in Thai; Fluent in English; ability to quickly grasp business concepts and express them in clear language.</li> <li>Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations.</li> <li>Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously</li> </ol>
