(Gosoft-สีลม) Head of IT Infrastructure

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Design solutions based on our customers’ requirements and provide functional and technical clarification to customers. • Design and recommend solutions based on major IT Infrastructure such as Server, Storage, Data Center, Network, Database, Security • Work with services teams and sales team, to provide solution level and consulting expertise to the customers. • Be responsible for assisting in the integration of the solution into an existing infrastructure, which would drive system integration and implementation. • Coordinates, monitors and managed Supplier's services delivery performance follow with the services level agreement and align with IT standard and policy. • Providing ongoing support for customer’s post implementation. • Develop technical infrastructure solutions ensuring the effective design and seamless integration of new solutions into the existing infrastructure platforms. • Provide technical consultancy around infrastructure and architecture design related topics during project implementation to ensure that the deployed solution remains intact with the proposed design proposal. • Stay abreast of industry trends and assess new technologies/products to develop Infrastructure roadmaps aligning with business strategies.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Age 40 years old or above • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields. • 3-5 years of Presales experience and focus customer account or industry experience • Technical/Architectural certification(s) across network, storage, server, virtualization and cloud technologies preferred. • Demonstrate ability to understand customer's needs and articulate technologies to business stakeholders. • Self-motivated and work well independently • Strong service mind with excellent communication and presentation skills. • Flexible and easily adaptable • Strong communication skills both verbal and written skills to develop technical documentations and presentations in English • Able to work at Chaengwattana in next 3 years **สนใจสมัครงาน สามารถสมัครทาง Website หรือ E-mail : sevenjobs@cpall.co.th (ใส่หัวข้อเป็นตำแหน่งที่สนใจ)
