<li>Responsible for observing and investigating for all customer complaints issues <li>The ability to collaborate with CQE engineer and decision-making for customer corrective action report such as 8D report, Corrective Action Report or 5W 1H etc. <li>Act as interface between KCE and the foreigner customer via conference call in urgent case is required <li>Monitor the customer systems according to feedback timeline for corrective action or 8D report <li>Responsible and coordinate to lead to customer complaint meeting to find out the root cause analysis and problem solving together with Production and Engineering and Quality Departments and all involved if necessary <li>Responsible for customer specification review <li>Negotiate the customer requirement in order to meet factory capability. <li>Assist in training and mentoring of new QCE engineer, FOI and OCQ staffs, provide guidance and evaluation, and serve as an expert in complaint investigation process

<ul> <li> Male, Thai and 28 years old up </li> <li> A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or Science or English business. </li> <li> Minimum of three years’ experience working in quality control or quality assurance is required. </li> <li> Experience working in electronic industrials is preferred. </li> <li> Good English communication - speaking, listening, reading and writing is required (Most of customers are foreigners) </li> <li> Able to communication Japanese Chinese German is advantage. </li> <li> Good computer skills including MS Office and e-mail </li> <li> Knowledge of ISO9000, ISO/TS16940, APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA, and DOEis preferred </li> <li> Able to working under the pressure </li> </ul>
