Director of Golf

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• RESPONSIBILITIES :- 1.Create, lead and manage for the overall of golf club operations / driving range / proshop & retail / lockers / sales & reservation / membership golf / golf course maintenance / golf tournaments / all golf club activities and etc. and need to provide support to all operations 2.Ensure operations are running efficiently according to the company business development plans and objectives 3.Working to financial budgets, strategies, marketing, action plans, monitor and analyze performance 4.Manages the development of a strategic marketing plan with specific campaigns, promotions and collateral to drive revenue and objectives. 5.Driving the on-going creation of events and activities that continuously generate excitement and revenue 6.Develops and implement strategies that deliver product and services to meet the expectations of the target. 7.Providing leadership and managing the golf team effectively and efficiently 8.Develop, adapt and implement LSOP’s for all department functions of golf club 9.Compliance with golf club rules and regulations 10.The training, guidance and development of all golf club colleagues and encourage individual development 11.Deliver the highest level of presentation in all club areas, both front of house and back of house 12.Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• REQUIREMENTS 1.Thai Nationality, age over 35 years’ old 2.At least 5 years with a successful track record as Golf Club General Manager or Golf Operations Director or Director of Golf in a leading club in Thailand or minimum 10 years of relevant working experience of which at least 5 years should be in a senior management level 3.Good leadership, management skill, adaptable to change, strategic thinker and proactive in problem solving 4.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines 5.High energy level, enthusiastic, positive and creative 6.Working in a team environment 7.Able to work flexible days/hours to meet club activities 8.Fluent in Thai and English with good interpersonal skills 9.Computer literate: Microsoft Office – Word , Excel , PowerPoint.
