หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities : • Responsible for recruitment of Thai national and expatriate within expected timeframe • Perform candidate sourcing, screening and selection, and preparing offer • Initiate new sourcing channel and able to analyze recruitment data • Compile weekly recruitment reports and dashboard to Management • Contact recruitment agencies to set up service agreement and verify monthly rate • Arrange candidate’s pre-employment check-up, issue PR/PO to settle recruitment invoices • Maintain database of candidate’s pool in advance of needs • Initiate employee’s data in SAP • Perform any special projects as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications : • Bachelor Degree in HR-related fields • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment • Background in oil and gas is a plus but not mandatory • Good command in English (TOEIC score 650 up) • Good personality and interpersonal skills
