Jewelry Production Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead and manage the quality control process across all stages of jewelry manufacturing—from raw material inspection to final product
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and QA teams to ensure smooth pre- and post-production processes
• Supervise production staff to ensure work meets design and quality specifications, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
• Understanding of jewelry-making and materials, including gemstones and precious metals
• Managing daily operations, production scheduling, and process improvements
• Manage documentation and quality assurance records; proactively address any deviations or defects
• Handle communication with internal teams, vendors, and external certification bodies
• Maintain smooth production flow by identifying bottlenecks and proposing corrective actions
• Take charge of factory operations in the absence of the Production Manager
• Communicate fluently in Thai and English, both spoken and written, in a professional manufacturing environment

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Understanding of jewelry-making and materials, including gemstones and precious metals
• Sound technical knowledge of jewelry-making techniques, gemstones, diamonds, and certifications
• Experience in team management and factory supervision
• Proficiency in both Thai and English is essential
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, maintain high attention to detail, and adapt to changing priorities
