QHES Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Develop, implement, and manage QHES policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local and international regulations.
• • Conduct risk assessments and hazard analysis to identify potential safety and environmental risks.
• • Ensure compliance with all relevant QHES regulations and standards in the oil and gas industry.
• • Lead and conduct safety inspections, audits, and investigations, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• • Develop and deliver HES training programs to employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
• • Foster a strong safety culture by promoting awareness, engagement, and accountability.
• • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and develop corrective and preventive measures.
• • Prepare and maintain QHES reports, documentation, and records for internal and regulatory compliance.
• • Liaise with regulatory agencies, industry bodies, and clients to ensure best practices are implemented.
• • Implement emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness.
• • Support sustainability initiatives, environmental management programs, and waste reduction strategies.
• • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001) within the organization to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in HES management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• • Strong knowledge of HES regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., OSHA,ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• • Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
• • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive a safety culture.
• • Experience in developing and delivering HES training programs.
• • Familiarity with emergency response planning and crisis management.
• • Certification in relevant HES programs (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, CSP) is an advantage.
• • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• • Proficiency in HES software and reporting tools is a plus.
• • Willingness to travel to operational sites as needed. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
